Consumer Help Web, Inc. does not sell, trade, share, barter or release any personally identifying information, including email addresses, for any reason.

We may contact a client and ask for written permission to release contact or other information if a news organization, advocacy group or consumer agency believes that they can provide additional assistance.

Consumer Help Web uses independent credit card processors and employees never have access to any consumer's credit card or bank account information.

We reserve the right to release any information if ordered to do so by a Court or at our discretion upon request by a law enforcement official.
