Wells Fargo Consumer Help Web was retained by a customer regarding an improperly closed account. Our customer tells us that Wells Fargo first improperly charged fees to his account and then closed the account after a deposit. Our customer says that the bank was offered proof that funds were available for the instruments deposited but instead closed this account. Full details of this complaint with a demand for resolution were sent to the company's senior management in April 2009. |
